Michelle Tuck
Business Manager
Michelle has extensive management experience providing dedicated strategic and operational support to Directors, to include HR, Marketing & Development, Planning and Quality Audit. Having successfully implemented the ISO9001 : 2008 Quality Management System, Michelle will be focusing on achieving the ISO14001 Environmental Standard accreditation, therefore continuing to improve the quality of service we provide. Michelle was also a key team member in assisting us obtain Investors In People Bronze, awarded in January 2013. Overall, Michelle ensures that our business runs smoothly and our clients receive an efficient and professional service.
What is your favourite place & why?
The beautiful region of Puglia, Italy. It is just full of amazing architecture, history, unspoiled coastline and the most amazing food and wine!
What interests you outside of work?
I enjoy baking, cooking, reading cookery books (have around 150 and counting) - I am also an active Trustee and Hon. Secretary of my daughters school Parents Association.
What place do you most want to visit in the next ten years?
I would like the opportunity to explore more of Italy’s culinary delights and culture.
