Masterplanning and urban design
Urban design and masterplanning forms one of the core areas of the Urbanists business activity. The team is regularly asked to co-ordinate multidisciplinary teams of consultants to prepare large-scale urban design led strategies where the end product is ultimately a masterplan or development framework. Other regular outputs include Design and Access Statements, Design and Development Briefs, Design Codes and 3D visualisations of proposed schemes.
